He is survived by: his parents, Terry Dean Cunningham and Margaret Lynn McConnell; his son Zander Cunningham of Ninnekah, Oklahoma; his siblings, Jerry Dean Cunningham of Oceanside, Levi Secrest of Lindsay, Oklahoma, Terrie Martin (Shane) of Fort Smith and Samantha Cunningham of Verden; and his family, Cathy Franks, Jarod, Katie Bedwell, Justin and Jenny Bedwell.
