He was predeceased by: his parents, Doss Allen and Lucille Walker (Stringfellow); his daughter Tina Rice; and his siblings, Floyd Walker, Virgina Fowler, Alice Slimp, Mae Green, Nancy Green and Velma Buie.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Walker; his daughters, Tisha Walker of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Tammy; his son-in-law T. J. Rowan of Okemah, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Cody Johnson (Annette), Austin Trammell, Alec Rice (Abby), Levi Rice, Justin Neal (Lena), Jacob Neal (Breanna) of Jordan Neal, C. H, Keith Neal, Braiden Rowan, Madison Rice and Taiylor Rowan; his great grandchildren, Bryce, Harper, Maverick, Scarlett, Soulen and Marlow; his sister Helen Boston; and his sister-in-law Lucille Walker. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home (301 N 3rd St, Okemah, OK 74859). A celebration of life was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Skyview Baptist Church (714 E Atlanta St, Okemah, OK 74859).
