He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Manning Carroll and Gladys Opal Carroll (Driscoll); his spouse Beverly Ann Swain; and his brothers, William "Bill" Carroll and Tom Carroll.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Carroll (Cathi) of Edmond, Tom Carroll of Bixby and Susan Allen of Oklahoma City; and his grandchildren, Amy Stacy, Colbi Ewing, Jamie Howell, Zachary Carroll, Allison Himes, Chauncy Harris, Tyson Carroll and Sawyer Carroll. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
