He is survived by: his son Daniel Factor of Okemah; his brothers, Edward Factor of Wewoka, Walter Factor of Wewoka and Chelaine Factor of Seminole; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Josiah, Isaak, Kolby Factor and Mykenzi Deo; and his great grandchildren, Kaison and Noah Factor.
A wake was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home (301 N 3rd St, Okemah, OK 74859). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Nuyaka Indian Baptist Church (96119 N 3790 Loop, Okemah, OK 74859).
