She was predeceased by: her parents, William Francis Morphis and Willie Mae Morphis (Harris); her husband Charles Ray Underwood; her daughter Mary Louella Beckwith; her granddaughter Pamela; and her brothers, Amos, Robert and Donald.
She is survived by: her sons, Johnny (Tonjua) of Okemah, Francis (Joyce) of Okemah and Richard (Suzette) of Yukon; and her siblings, David Morphis of Okemah, Gervis Morphis of Cromwell, Johnny Morphis of Cromwell, Helen Brown of Cromwell, Carolyn Chesser of Wewoka and Patsy Morphis of Cromwell. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
