He was predeceased by: his parents, Alford Tilley and Ida Tilley (Heneha); his siblings, Marilyn, Helen, George, Leroy, Kim, Charles, Roger and J. W.; and his sons, Tyrone and Aaron.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Tilley; his children, Winston (Angela Tilley), Nathan (Judith), John Tilley of Okemah and Leslie Smith of Okemah; and his siblings, Tracy of Henryetta, Emmitt of Chelsea, Ethel Lee of Paden, Martha Beck of Henryetta and Zelva Tilley of Okmulgee. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
