She was predeceased by: her father Tillman A. Smith; her grandparents, Walter R. and Josiephene Belcher; her mother Mae B. Smith (Belcher); her siblings, Elaine Cates, Wanda Jean Reno, Edward A. V. Smith and Arlie Dean Smith; her brothers-in-law, Ted Cates, James W. Tilley and Floyd Moore; her nieces, Rejeanna Cates Wentworth and Kari Janeen Tilley; and her nephew Kevin Dean Smith.
She is survived by: her sister Scharlene Tilley Moore of Nicoma Park, Oklaoma; and her siblings-in-law, Lloyd Reno of Nicoma Park, Charla J. Smith of Dewar and Frances Smith of Henryetta. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
She also worked part-time in medical records at the Okfuskee County Memorial Hospital Foundation.
