He is survived by: his parent Janet Lea Hollingsworth of Okemah; his sisters, Amy Johnson (Jaye) of Fayetteville and Jodie Gardisser (Travis) of Tontitown, Arkansas; his fiancé Chasidy Ramer; his nieces and nephews, EJ Johnson, Coleman Gardisser, Raelea Joe Kinsley and Miley Gardisser; and also, John and Ava Joyce Ramer of Locust Grove.
