He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Fish of Okemah; his children, Michael Evans (Lucy) of Okemah, Tyler Evans (Nicole) of Okemah and Tanna Fixico (Myron) of Okemah; and his brother Billy Dover (Loretta) of Henryetta. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
