He is survived by: his wife Pamela Simmons; his children, Corey Simmons of Okemah, Ryan Simmons of Texas, Bryan Simmons of Idaho, Kristine Payne of Okemah, Debbie of Idaho, Mandy Tipton of Okemah, Candy Larson of Kansas, Krystal Simmons of Sulphur, Rhonda Simmons of Okemah and Leah Simmons of Okemah; and his sister Judy of California. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
