It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Mae Epperly of Okemah, Oklahoma, born in Blackwell, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 26, 2021, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Ralph Walter and Carolyn Ann Epperly Sr. (Butzbach) of Braman; and her brothers, Ralph Epperly Jr. of Braman, Robert Epperly of Blackwell and Paul Epperly of Blackwell.

A memorial has been established in her honor with the Opportunity Center in Ponca City in c/o Roberts and Son Funeral Home, 120 W. Padon, Blackwell, Oklahoma 74631.
