He was predeceased by: his nephew Raymond Franklin Jr.; and his grandchildren, Skyler and Heartly. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his daughters, Stacy Franklin of North Carolina, Stephanie Kornegay (Clint) of Broken Arrow and Emily Giles (Brent) of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Berkley, Case Kornegay, Olivia, Brooklyn Giles, Tori and Zane; and his brother Raymond.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church of Okmulgee.
