He was predeceased by: his parent Tullie Helen Burk (Simmons); his wife Kay Farrell Holbrooks; his parent Ira Burk; his brother John Burk (Louise); and his brother-in-law Clyde Copley.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Michael Burk (Kim) of Mooreland and Lynda Lee Frech (Ricky) of Woodward; his sister Sandra Copley of Locust Grove; his grandchildren, Dannelle Swearingim (Stoney), Conner, Miles Kahoe, Taylor Frech, Ricky Frech II (Amy) and Matthew Frech (Makala); and his great grandchild Burkley Swearingim.
Memorials may be made to the Mooreland Senior Citizens Center with the funeral home accepting the memorials.
