She is survived by: her children, Clay Klutts (Marian) of Okemah and Brenda Chaffin of Okemah; her sister Carolyn Haywood (Dale) of Houston, Texas; and her grandchildren, Ashley Jeffers and Kaitlin Chaffin. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
