He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Koehn and Ida Koehn (Schmidt); and his sister Mary Lou Koehn. He is survived by: his wife Doris Koehn; his daughters, Terri Moorman of Tuttle and Kelly Torres; his son-in-law Daniel Torres of Amber; his grandchildren, Jeffery Moorman of Chickasha, Jennifer Moorman of Amber, Jessica Davis (Josh Davis) of Amber, Joshua Torres of Oklahoma City and Jordan Torres of Amber; his great grandchildren, Kana Moorman of St. Joseph, MO, Jack Perry of Amber and Jameson Torres of Amber; his sisters, Vivian Gailes and Bonita Pennie; and his nieces and nephews, Chuck, Chris, Len Gailes, Beth Ann Pulse and Cathy Flynn.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Parkinson Foundation of Oklahoma.
