She was loved and cherished by many people including: her adoptive parent Toby Cuff; her daughter Stormie; her husband Rickie Winter of Okeene; her sons, Lee Kincheloe of Enid and Bart; her daughter-in-law Nicole Kincheloe of Kingfisher; her son Shawn; her daughter-in-law Misty Kincheloe of Kingfisher; her daughter Sarah; her son-in-law Nathan Billings of Seiling; her children, Katherine Winter of Kingfisher and Christopher; her daughter-in-law Danielle Winter of Okeene; her grandchildren, Dakota, Dalton, Destiny Kincheloe, Kristen, Lori Kincheloe, Jessica Kincheloe, Rebecca, Johnny, Hannah, Jake Billings, Paige Carson, Adilyn Ince, Brandon, Brendon, Tressie and Alexandria Winter; and her great grandchildren, Isabella Kincheloe and Madelyn Keener.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Okeene Elementary School or Okeene Child Study Club through the funeral home.

“Sara winter was a loving and caring grandmother to her grandchildren. I loved my grandmother with all my heart and her death was my first heart break. I had the chance to go see her one more time before she died but my basketball game was more important to me. I miss her so much. There is not a day that doesnt go by that i dont think about her.”
