He was predeceased by: his mother Amanda Walker; and his sister Anya Kelley. He is survived by: his father Perry Rackley; his brother Nathan Rackley (Mariah); his nephew Nolan Rackley (Makenzie); his brothers, Danyon Rackley (Mariah) and Shaun Tougas; his stepbrothers, Jaris, Kyler and Wyatt Eitzen; his grandparents, Ron Rackley, Charles, Loretta Parkins, Gordon Leo Walker II (Shelly), Marsha and Jack Freeman; and also Alleigh Kelley. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
