She was predeceased by: her parents, Wyatt Cobb and Jessie Ann Cobb (Hayworth); and her husband Robert Bisel. She is survived by: her children, Robert Bisel Jr. of Oklahoma City, OK and Amanda Haffey (Bill) of Edmond, OK; and her granddaughter Megan Haffey of Oklahoma City, OK. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund.
