He was predeceased by: his former wife Iona L. Wainwright; his parents, William Gleichman and Anna Gleichman; his son Stephen Bryan; and his brothers, John, George and Donald.
He is survived by: his wife Verilea Gleichman; his siblings, Eldon Gleichman, Ralph Gleichman, Larry Gleichman, Vernal Gleichman (Tex) and Barbara Liebel (Tom); his sons, Eric (Kelli), Brad (Marsha) and Stuart; his grandchildren, Michael Levine (Jennifer), Taylor Gleichman (Bryce Lowry), Aubrey Gleichman, Nathan Peterson (Emily), Stuart Gleichman, Jr. (Kate), William Gleichman (Lizbeth) and Danielle Atondo (Victor); and his great grandchildren, Meyer, Miles Levine, Leonardo (Leo) and Emilio Atondo.
In lieu of flowers, a donation could be made in Gerald's name to the St John's Lutheran Church of Okarche.
