He was predeceased by: his father John Henry Stubbs; his wife Katherine Barbara Belford Stubbs; his mother Edith Winchester-Beck of Moorefield Arkansas; his siblings, James Stubbs and Nadine Forbes; his children, Kenneth Ronald Thomas and Florence Ann Grace; and his grandson Douglas James Page.
He is survived by: his stepgrandchildren, Florence Ann Thomas-Grace, Kenneth Ronald Thomas and Peggy Sue Thomas-Page; his daughters, Peggy Sue Thomas-Page (Max Ballew) of Cabot and Dena Sue Stubbs-Edwards (Jim Edwards) of Okarche; and his brother Billy Bazzel. He is also survived by 8 grand-children, 15 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren.
