He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Sr. Foster and Zelma Foster (Lee); his wife Frances Hagenhoff; and his siblings, Robert, Bill Foster and Mary Hawkins.
He is survived by: his children, Ann Packard of Ochelata and Chris Foster (Anne) of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Lance Packard (Elaine), Lindsey Dunn (Jeremy), Katie Jackson (Caleb) and Christina Foster; and his great grandchildren, Destiny Packard, Rian Dunn, Jensen Dunn and Eli Jackson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
