She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Leon Blankenship and Lorea Lucille Willis Blankenship. She is survived by: her husband William L. Gallamore Jr.; her children, Larry (Erica Gallamore), Todd (Christine Gallamore) and Christi (Kevin Kellogg); and her siblings, Loyd Blankenship of Ochelata and Janice Souter of Bartlesville. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
