It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kerry April McIntosh of Ochelata, Oklahoma, born in Caney, Kansas, who passed away on June 14, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Kelly and Marie Kelly (Freeman); her brothers, Loren Kelly, Bill Kelly, Bing Kelly and Pat Kelly; and her brother-in-law John Buster.
She is survived by: her husband Bryan McIntosh; her children, Sean McIntosh (LeAnn) of Ochelata, Joshua McIntosh (Kimberly) of Owasso, Matthew McIntosh of Ochelata and Lacey Smith (Bandon) of Ochelata, Eight; her grandchildren, Kolby McIntosh, Thatcher McIntosh (Chenoa), Abbey McIntosh, Jillian McIntosh, Ryker McIntosh, Rayden McIntosh, Lincoln Smith and Anderson Smith; her great grandchild Stetson McIntosh; and her siblings, Connie Buster and John Kelly. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established to the Word of Truth Fellowship playground expansion at 16097 NE Bison Rd Bartlesville, OK 74006.
