He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Ray and Biddie Elvira Buttman (Larmore); and his daughter Kimmi Nicole Buttman. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Kendra Martin (Scott) of Tulsa, Katara Kelly of Bartlesville and Anthony Ainesworth of Bartlesville; his siblings, Cheryl Speer of Ramona, Dana Clapp (John) of Niotaze, Kansas and Ricky Buttman of Ochelata; his grandchildren, Shelby Dorsey (Philip), Braely Cheeseman, Dalaynee Cheeseman and Braegyn Posey; and his great grandchild Philip Clark Dorsey.
