He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Lee and Lettsie Ann Askew (Ennis). He is survived by: his close friend Casey Lewis; his wife Rhonda; his daughters, Miranda Prather and Jordi Leach; his mother-in-law Sharon Morrison Baecker; his siblings, Michael Askew and Sandra Grimm; and his grandchildren, Coatney, Duke, Cora, Ronnie and Bane. He is also survived by cousins, in-laws, extended family.
