He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Price Tilley and Mary Louise Tilley (Holman); his siblings, Ronald Wayne Tilley and Sylvia Tilley Nelson; and his granddaughter Sydney Tilley-Bedick.
He is survived by: his wife Connie A. Tilley; his daughters, Radonna Tilley of Yukon, OK, Rhonda Tipton (Rick) of Tulsa, OK, Cathy Gammon of Edmond, OK, Kelly Marsh (Don) of Surrey Hills, OK and Amber Tilley-Bedick (Jeff) of Cashion, OK; and his grandchildren, Ashley Gammon Johnson, Cory Marsh, Chassen Marsh, Alyson Marsh Cain, Abby Marsh Betts, Tiffany DeSautell, Tate Tilley-Bedick, Neeley Tilley-Bedick and Gage Tilley-Bedick. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and dear friends he loved.
