He was predeceased by: his father Louis Charles Welch; and his brothers, Charles David Welch and Michael Dale Welch. He is survived by: his mother Doris Jean Welch; his children, Kody James Welch of Oaks, Oklahoma and Karla Jaelynn Welch of Oaks, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Tamara Gilmore, Tristan Anglin, Ashlynn Welch and Lawson Welch.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oaks Cemetery.
