She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvin Dewey Crouch and Nettie Irene Crouch (Wise); her siblings, Delbert Crouch, Harold Crouch, Joyce Daves, Janice Harms and Dona Mae McDaniel; and her husband Dell Heavener.
She is survived by: her children, Gwenda Heavener of Dallas, TX, Sheila Holly (Tom) of Clarkston, MI, Dell Jr. Heavener (Rhonda) of Kansas, OK and Randy Heavener (Lori) of Eureka, KS; her sisters, LaVerne Underwood of Tulsa, OK, Erma Reed of Howe, OK and Patricia Tully of Edmond, OK; and her grandsons, Weston Thompson, Trace Heavener, Jeremy Heavener, John Holly Brandon Heavener and Austin Heavener. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
