He is survived by: his wife Dorma Lee Chadwick Waltrip of Oaks, Oklahoma; his children, Carol Scott of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Gary Waltrip (Cindy) of Oaks, Oklahoma, Elizabeth Waltrip of Longwood, Florida, Melissa Atchison (Jim) of Van Alstyne, Texas and Melinda Waltrip of Gulfport, Mississippi; his brothers, Charles Waltrip of Carbondale, Kansas and David Waltrip of Cabot, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Amy Scott Welch, Susan Scott Palacios, Sarah Waltrip Caldwell, Jarrod Waltrip, Catherine Atchison, Amanda Atchison Besh, Jonathan Waltrip, Jeremy Waltrip, Samantha Waltrip Scheidt and Kristofer Waltrip; his great grandchildren, Rebecca, Cosmo, Zane, Dax, Gage, Jansen, Jace, Landon, Alyssa, Brooklyn, Sean, Taylor, Hailey and Junior; and his great great grandchild Anthony.
