He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his children, Josh Welch (Janet) of San Antonio and Jolene Tanner of Chance, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Holly Hyso, Hayden Tanner, Marisa Strong and Addison Morton; and his sister Susie Welch of Oaks, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
