She is survived by: her father Ron McIntosh of Oakhurst, OK; her children, Shyla Dodd (Lane) of Chey, Taya Proctor of Oakhurst, OK, Sidney Carter (Josh Glass) and Joshua Mammedaty of Wyndotte, OK; her grandchildren, TyRah, Sophie and Tikka; and her siblings, Tiger McIntosh of Tulsa, OK, Jessica McIntosh of Arkansas City, Keka McIntosh (Davvad) of Oakhurst, OK and Kimberly McIntosh-Marshall (Michael Marshall) of Oakhurst, OK.. She is also survived by three nieces, eight nephews, two great nieces and two great nephews.
