He is survived by: his wife Kathy Mattix; his son Dusty Mattix (Devon) of Nowata; his sister Sharon Mattix Stevens (Mike Stevens) of Texarkana, Kansas.; his stepson Kevin White (Rachelle) of Nowata; his grandchildren, Jacey Mattix, Drewcyla Fuller, Liberty Belden, Steven and Riley Fuller; his great grandchildren, Kenlyn and Kaida Fuller; and also Chester Grissom.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Nowata Volunteer Fire Department or a donation of choice.
