He is survived by: his wife Pat Coblentz; his children, Samantha Allen, Shawn Coblentz, Bobbi Jo Coblentz and Barbara Cole; his stepsons, Jr. Welsh, John Welsh and Steve Cole; and his siblings, Cindy, Don and Mark. He is also survived by many grandchildren, other family members and many friends.
