He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Leo Parrish and Ruth Katherine Parrish (Stith); and his sister Patty Fry. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Wyrick; his daughters, Jeri Kulchinski (Ray) of Nowata, OK, Jamie Gaskill (Sam) of Bartlesville, OK and Joanna Cotton (Del) of Bartlesville, OK; his grandchildren, Chad Kulchinski (Christina), Shelbi Kulchinski, Anthony Gaskill (Jen), Nick Gaskill (Albanie), Brandon Cotton and Bryce Cotton; his great grandchildren, Madison Kulchinski and Kennedy Durham; and his nieces and nephews, Karen Watkins, Sharon Frauenberger, Keith Wyrick, Matt Gregory and Cannon Gregory.
