He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lumm and Elvada Lumm (Minniear); his son Dennis; his wife Barbara Overfelt; his grandson Jacob Kolb; his siblings, Mary Ruth Anderson, Edna Pickering, Zella Linville, Charles, David and Billy Lumm (Hazel); and his stepson Bob Maggard.
He is survived by: his former wives, Sandra Haywood and Hazel Maggard; his daughters, Pam Kolb (Jeff) of Prairie City, SD and Kathy Fink (Butch) of Nowata, OK; his grandchildren, Jennifer Kolb, Alyssa Scharrer (Marty), Eric Kolb (Liz), Dustin Fink and Morgan Fink; his great grandchildren, Blake, Eli Scharrer, Emma, Jaden, Addison and Lucas Kolb; his brothers, Albert and Roy Lumm; and his stepdaughters, Betty Bailey and Sue Brewington.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Ray's honor may be directed to Wounded Warrior Project.
