Johnson; her son David Johnson; her grandsons, Jesse Wade (Ashley), Dillon James, David-Stephen Alvis and Jake Everett Johnson; her great grandchildren, Jessa, Titus, McKy and Reily; her caregiver Linda Nordyke (Vern); her niece Judy Davis; and her great-niece Diana Davis.
