She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Mae Nichols (Cork) and Elmer Nichols; her husband Ray Blevins; and her siblings, Norris "Nick" Nichols, Dena Alexander and Allan Nichols.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Linda Lee Stamper of Owasso, OK, Susan Peters of Delaware, OK, Donna Kay Heckman (Joe) of Owasso, OK and Ben Lewis (Tammie) of Nowata, OK; her sister-in-law Kathi Nichols of Eureka, MO; and her cousins, Ervin Nichols (Jane) of Bartlesville, OK, Melvin Nichols (Helen) of Bartlesville, OK and Jessie Palone of Nowata, OK. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews, and many friends.
