He was predeceased by: his father Donald Rayner; and his brother Jeffery Julien. He is survived by: his mother Leta Joe Ann Julien (Bennett); his siblings, Tony Michael Julien, Ronald Rayner Julien, Leah Dawn Hoffmann, Owen Christopher Julien and Catherine Loraine Collier; and his nephew Jerry "Jungle Jerry" Hilligoss. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
