He is survived by: his wife Judi; his daughters, Lisa Cummings (Todd) of Nowata and Teri Dreyer (Eric) of Tulsa; and his grandchildren, Christian Cummings and Allie Dreyer. He is also survived by 2 brothers, 2 sisters, and multiple nieces and nephews.
