He is survived by: his wife Caroline Faglie; his children, Dave III, Dustin, Victoria and Brandy; his grandchildren, Dave IV, Dylan, Julian, Austin, Jessica, Jasmon, Jadin, Jason Jr., Dustin Jr. and Brianna; and his siblings, Shirleyann, Jeannette, Barbara, Reva, Dan, Jerry and Watler.
