She was predeceased by: her parents, James Blowers and Hazel Blowers (Hare); her husband Wayne; her sister Peggy Jones; her sister-in-law Paula Blower; and her adoptive son Karl Koppenhaver.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Boone of Tulsa, Richard Boone (Tracy) of Delaware, Patricia Boone (Ralph) of Chelsea and Kimberly Boone of Delaware; her siblings, Joyce Carlton (Richard) of Bartlesville and Bill Blower of Dewey, Oklahoma; and her granddaughters, Amanda, Nicole and Brittany Boone. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
