He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Middlebusher and Violet Middlebusher; his siblings, Norma, Linda and Karl; and his nephews, Terry and Barry.
He is survived by: his pet Amos; his sister Wanda; and his close friends, David and Christy Lynn. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews, 23 great nieces and nephews, 8 great-great nieces and nephews.
