It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Ann Hopkins of North Miami, Oklahoma, born in Picher, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 29, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Chazell and Opal Mae Chazell (Cole); and her siblings, Danny Chazell, Rick Chazell and Sue Carver.
She is survived by: her husband Mike Hopkins; her children, Joe Hames, Jr. (Irene) of Commerce, OK, Greg Hames (Bonnie) of North Miami, OK, Dara Hames (JoAnn Hames) of North Miami, OK and Roneita Baines (Misty Hopkins) of Wyandotte, OK; and her siblings, Gary Chazell of Las Vegas, NV, Steve Chazell of Miami, OK, Brad Chazell of Florida, Randy Chazell of Baxter Springs, KS, Linda Chazell Coleman of San Diego, CA, Phyllis Chazell Walton of Galena, KS and Vickie Chazell Lyerlra of Quapaw, OK. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 4 great – great grandchildren.
