He was predeceased by: his parents, John Spriggs and Wilma Spriggs (Cooper); and his brother Phil Spriggs. He is survived by: his wife Amelita Spriggs (Cabuenos); his sons, Chris Spriggs (Trish) of Commerce, OK and Derek Spriggs (Julia) of Edmond, OK; his sisters, Joy Seery of Westchester, PA and Kathy Redden of Commerce, OK; and his grandchildren, Christina Spriggs, Kyle Spriggs, Jett Johnson, Kendyll Johnson, Jazzy Johnson and Rowan Spriggs.
