It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wallace N. Engle of Norman, Oklahoma, born in Cobleskill, New York, who passed away on August 19, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Wallace is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace J. Engle and Norma Irene Huntington (Coons); and his sister Carol. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Engle; his children, Shannon Engle (Dee) of Oklahoma City, Ariel Engle of Norman, Desiree Scharp (Jamyn) of West Bountiful and Ashley McGaha (Michael) of Longview, Texas.; and his siblings, Pat Harran of North Carolina, Eric Huntington of Albany and Kevin Engle of North Carolina. He is also survived by loving family members and friends.
