She is survived by: her niece Jennifer Leonard (Tommy) of Wynnewood; and her nephews, Phillip Powell (Tina) of Eufaula and Stanley Powell (Sheila) of Meeker.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Saint Jude's Children's Hospital in her honor.
