He is survived by: his son Ronald Scott Higbee; his daughter-in-law Debra Higbee of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Thomas Sturdivant IV of Norman, OK and Cori DeLay (Dallas DeLay) of Richardson, TX; and his great grandchildren, Devin DeLay and Dylan DeLay of Richardson, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
