He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Spain and Suda Spain; and his sister Patricia Helfrich. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Margaret Suda (Maggie) of Denver, Robert Austin (Bobby) of Oklahoma City and Frederick Kevin Clark (Ricky) of Oklahoma City; his pet Scarlett; and his sister Barbara Goldberg of Charleston. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and nieces and nephews.
In memory of Bob and in lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
