He was predeceased by: his parents, George Everett Bartley and Pearl Irene Eggert; and his siblings, Bill Bartley, Dave Bartley, Ron Bartley and Marge Jenkins.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gaye (Bert) of Spokane Washington, Donna Bartley of Norman and Kara (John Standridge) of Bucyrus; his brother Don Bartley of Linn; his grandchildren, Jay LeClercq, Bethany Bray, Jennings Clark, Cooper Clark, Hailey Warner, Hannah Warner and Hope Warner; and his great grandchildren, Adler Clark, Brooks Clark and Judith Wells.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (410 W Chickasaw St, Lindsay, OK 73052). A burial was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Neosho Memorial Park & Cemetery.
