It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ouida Beverly Blake (Norman, Oklahoma), born in Sunset, Texas, who passed away on August 24, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Joe M. Blake; her parents, Hubert Spaulding and Vera R. Spaulding; and her brother J. H. Spaulding. She is survived by: her children, Cameron Blake (Chris) of San Diego, CA., Linden Blake of Norman and Dallas Chapman (Greg) of Norman; her grandchildren, Danielle Batson of Moore, OK, Ryan Blake (Jennifer) of Austin, TX, Meredith Chapman and Messina Chapman of Norman; and her great grandchildren, Cameron L. Blake and Adrienne Blake.
